The latest version, 2.5.0 is a total mess. All of my stats are gone. My word run was over 2000. I especially enjoyed word tower and word link but now all I can play is the daily puzzles and everything else is "locked". Why was the game totally redone like this? What was wrong with the way it was before? Now it is totally unplayable. I will delete this mess.

Liked it until it updated today - UNINSTALLED. I don't always have time to play every day, and I was actually playing months behind. While I had to click through the months to get to where I last left off, it was a nice diversion. Apparently with the new update you have to unlock previous days with gems, and the spinning wheel never ever ever ever works so there's no way to get gems to unlock previous days. I would have rather paid for a full version without ads but no option was given. Bye-bye

The game is not working correctly!! I solve all the words, and points option comes up but doesn't double the points when I select it, I get 2 spinning circles that go forever before the collect button pops up without doubling my points, and I have to take the 30 points. The Roulette Wheel is worse, I never get all 6 spins, and very rarely are they doubled. When I hit the spin button, I get 2 spinning circles and need to restart my phone multiple times to get the game to work, then spin gone.

Was 5 stars! This was my favorite game. I've had absolutely no problems with it until it recently needed an update. I updated it, wouldn't work so I deleted and reinstalled. It all over. I had over a 200 steak. No losses. Was going to number 1 in the tournament. I am so upset. I emailed..no response! I need assistance. If none.. I will never play again. Help please. I CONTACTED FOR HELP MONTHS AGO, WITH NO RESPONSE! Should it have taken months? That's what bothered me most. I'm over it. Thanks.

Your game has been hijacked by the Wordscapes ads. It"s very frustrating. I'm going to just delete the games and be done. I have purchased the no ads option but whenever the wordscape ad runs, it closes the game and I have to restart. It also discourages me from playing. Thus, less ad revenue. I'm at the point.

I paid for this game to be ad free. Initially, I was able to play all available days for free without ads. Afterwards, the devs revoked my access to ad free play by requiring that I watch ads or use points to access prior words. Only the daily word is now ad free. I would not have paid for ad free access if I knew it would be so limited. I un-installed the application. Don't waste your time or money.

Love the game, love the different levels and that you can play more than one a day. Don't mind that there's an ad after every word. I understand needing ads, though I'd rather just buy the app. However, they've gone from one 20-30 second ad that you then click out of to having to click multiple times, go to the install page and back and forth. It takes more time to get out of the ads than play the game. It just keeps getting longer and longer to deal with. Not worth my time, other options.

Update (1-9-23): Support fixed it. I'm back to no ads. --------- A few months ago I paid the $5 to remove ads. The most recent upgrade brought the ads back - and the option to remove ads is gone. Uh, not right. There are a ton of ads. After every game you have to watch several seconds of video - with audio on by default. The game is fun. But the ads are excessive.
