it crashes all the time. right now, I can't even log in. it says.. "oops something has gone wrong". I've deleted the app and reinstalled! doesn't help.

Half of the time it won't start (oops, etc) or does not accept fingerprint (all other apps do). Since I have a new phone, can't get Wifi to connect. And when it does start, it takes a long time for it to see that the stove is actually off. Finally : programs do not match those on the stove (in other words: while those on the app should be quite straightforward, the ones on the stove are not). Other than that all good...

Connected and worked for 2 days. Wifi does not connect anymore. Same as other review, spent 8k for the convenience of being able to ignite it via app whilst away but can't do that. Keeps coming up as no device found or stove not connected. Contacted the retailer I bought the stove off and stove manufacturer denied the fault and I was then told it could be up to 3 months before it's resolved. Absolute worst customer service. Not fit for purpose!!!!!!!!

Technically Very unstable and below average user experience

Used to work away from home as designed then one day decided to stop and never work again. There's hit and miss Bluetooth connection since. We have uninstalled and reinstalled the app about 25 times at this stage and when we open the app its just a red screen with "MCZ" and the loading bar with nothing happening. No way will this app connect tonight, when we eventually get to the log in page we get an incessant "Error" message. Constant A05 alarms and no Customer Support. Over €8K of a mess.

Stove keeps disconnecting from wifi at random times. Data in app is never up to date. Login often does not work. No integrations with any of the smart home systems(ie. Google Home, Home assistant, Homey,...). Please make it better, but first make it not crash and stable then think about adding "smart" features.

The app has worked really well up until yesterday. Now when I open the app (and the heater is on) thete is no flame in the heater on the app and it says heater is off, do you want to ignite?. If I press yes it shuts the heater off. Also the temp and reel time data is no longer corrrect. Hopefully this is just a bug which mcz will be aware of and can fix. Had a message from MCZ, app fixed. Excellent customer service.

App crashes when enabling the follow me option, and is only solvable by a reinstall. App does not seem to keep up with the current state of the stove, ignite means turning off, and it ignites when you press turn off. Otherwise a decent app, still very usable.
