Its convenient and free but lots of issues I don't want to complain too much since it's free and it's a really useful application, however there's a lot of technical difficulties. sometimes the driver can't find me or in the last minutes the pickup point changes and most annoyingly sometimes I'll schedule hours and hours in advance and then in the last minute it will tell me there are no rides available. it's not really a problem but more advanced notice would work.

Service is really good but app is getting crashed while opening on Android. It's working after launching at least 10 times. Please resolve app issue.
