The customer pays for the order. The problem is that the money doesn't show on the new application that has been updated I have wait for 2 hour. Still now same issue Coustmer pay but payment not successfully show me.Due to which I have not been able to work since last nightVery bad application

One of the worst application & customer service too much bad. If customer want to cancel order or restaurant not available a item i report jahez company they call me 2-3 hours later, how funny it is😂 anyone can't withdraw without agent 🙂 most of the time customer add thier wrong location. If customer say late 5-10 minutes company add penalty & fine in the riders account.

Ur privacy is very poor.. we are not satisfied with Saned bcoz of the Duplicate application working in Bahrain.. alot of drivers they don't have Fake saned or Fake auto.. They R working with Jahez from a long term.. U should support this Issue as soon as possible.. Every day there is change in distance.. according to ur system in application the distance for order shows that u r going for 5 KM in actual the distance is 10 KM.. We r not satisfied... We need a secure and equal system. Thnx

This app very very poor .1, jahez give the order driver location near me restaurant and accepting method don't using supe auto clicker method.2,jahez helping line service not give the driver respect.3, customer complain option want more and restaurant food making no much time. jahez give the time for restraunt and restaurant not give the respect to jahez driver.4, jahez still now soon only order giving ok but why all kuwait delivery soon open no good. soon only delivey order give method good.

Very bad management... Sometimes they force rider to delivery oder too far away.. Even rider not accept the oder ...management making auto accept...if rider not go .the debit will be rider.. ...it's wrong That's why i m stopped work with jahez

Toyou application is a good application. Saned's order comes on the boat, 4 km is shown but when the rider accepts the order, instead of 4, 9 km becomes 10 km.

Excellent app for riders . But need some changes Costmer name should be writen . And after accepting order costmer mobile should be available incase of any issue like some time items not available then how i tell to costmer . Thanks
