Rediculous limitations of unique phone number per customer. Could be fair if Serbian mobile providers do not recycle numbers assigning abandoned ones to new customers. Also, users might use corporate numbers provided by their companies. Bottom line, to use phone number as a unique authentication code is a bit wrong approach. If you like digits then use JMBG instead.

Disaster. Totally bad user experience. Has crucial bugs, too. For example when I was entering my address what I have entered in field "floor" was used as an apartment number in order. Also, we ordered 6 pieces of something, they brought only 5.

Dark mode would be much appreciated. Also I don't see an option to add my Moj Maxi loyalty card number. I can't combine the physical stickers received upon delivery with the electronic ones, so having such an option is a need.

App is ok but of everything i ordered and paid 3600 din i got only 1600 din of what i ordered. More than half of items they charged me i didn't receive. They explained that some of goods they didn't have on stock. More than half??? So it is worthless, verry bad experience and will never use it again.

They didn't deliver my order, it had to be 3 days ago. Nobody called me, nobody answered for my calling and messages to support. We were waiting for all weekend, but still no. Now my order is "delivered" in app, but I don't have it! It's 6000din and I have nothing.

Pretty UI, but always crashes when minimized

The delivery is an hour and a half late even though i chose the delivery window two days ahead of time. Useless customer service, no contact from the drivers on the reason for delay.
