I have used this app for several years across several devices and have at times tried other apps to control the volume on my phone and keep it from being reduced to an audible. I keep coming back to this one because it's easiest to use and works the way I want it to to make sure my volumes are always set where I want them to be said and not changed by the touch of a button or an app that thinks it knows better than I do. Thank you volume locker. You made using my device less frustrating.

This app is exactly what it claims to be. NO ads!!! I didn't know something like this existed but my volume was constantly going to zero and I missed important calls. I found this, installed it and the rest is history. The app opens full screen. Very easy to read esp. for us old ones. Each audio is listed and can be dealt with separately. Zero learning curve. I'm 70 and no problem. ABSOLUTELY A GREAT 😃 APP AND FREE APP. I have been using this for weeks with no problem.

4 1/2 stars actually. This is an excellent app and it does what it is supposed to do. It locks your volume button so you don't accidentally change the volume. It's a great app with a small issue (not a show stopper, but annoying). The one issue I have is it unlocks itself, sometimes several times a day. When it does you have to open the app to reset the lock feature. Not a biggie but quite annoying after a while. I wish the developed would fix this issue.

this app sucks, really mad at myself for paying for it. don't think the free version did this. it turns volume all the way up. i turn the volume down and after a few minutes it turns it all the way back up to the highest level it can before it reaches the limit i set. if i don't have a limit set or the function is not set to limit the volume it turns the volume up as loud as the device can go. the only way it works if i set the upper limit to the volume i want or disable the app all together.

I bought this to limit the volume on my son's headphones as he tends to turn them up too loud. The app works very well, and the parent lock is great. The only issue is that I really want the "Bluetooth" setting to control Bluetooth headphone music and media volume. Instead the app uses the general "Media and music" setting to control Bluetooth headphone volume which means the limit also applies when my son is using the phone speakers.

DO NOT BUY. Utterly cursed app. Caused my notification and ring tone volume to randomly reset to full from mute, despite being set to be ignored in app, thus waking me up in the middle of the night. Recently I could not disable my ring tone volume while the app was installed no matter how it was configured.

If I set media to 50% and Bluetooth to 100%, it will still keep at 50%, which I get how it works on a development side of things. But it would be nice to let media go to 100% if Bluetooth option is selected. My kid has a phone that plays way too loud, but when he puts his headphones, they are already limited from the manufacturer and play at low levels since it's a pair of headphones for kids. If I leave the setting at 50%, with headphones he doesn't hear anything.

So my pixel malfunctioned and it keeps turning my phone down automatically regardless of how many times I turn it back up. The lock feature is a life saver at least until I get a new phone. I only wish we could control it at all times or it could replace my current volume scroller so I dont have to keep going in the app to change my locked volume level. Other than that I can't really complain because my phone is at least useable now unlike before. Thanks.
