I do love the workout programs focusing just on core. My personal preference. I do however miss guidance commentary during workouts to provide some info on areas that might be performed wrong, and an indication on your progress on complition of the whole workout program for the day. Also wished for more rep based focus to really push ones core Otherwise its a pretty solid app. 👍

It's a very good customized app that I think the exercises were derived from real life experience, so that makes the application to be applicable in real life i.e it doesn't stress you sooo much nor does it make you to have wasted your time without getting the results. So far soo good. I can notice changes on the 3rd day. Keep it up developers 👍👍👍👍👍

The good thing about this app is is graphics but then I didn't find the exercises that engaging. The workouts are time based so you can't really do much of reps for some exercises that that limited number of servings. I had to often pause the workout and then resume it before I had complete a comfortable set of reps. Also, I liked the feature where the app asked me to take a selfie on the first week for comparison with the upcoming weeks but that was about it. Also No Google fit sync. 😔

This app is a great example of "simple but effective". The instructions are very clear and approachable. You can adjust the time between exercises as per your liking and I'm pretty sure anyone can achieve some results in the given time. I highly recommend this to the people who are interested in abs workout.

Easy to use, can denfinitely feel and see results. However I wish they had more than just thirty days because when u finish u have to find another workout app to keep your progress going in the right direction. Other than that, I would recomend this app to anyone.

This app is awesome. Sometimes I skip the breaks, I'm glad it has this buttons, sometimes I don't need 30sec break. Every day it's a different set of exercise which I love because it's not routine. I feel like it's the right amount and level to keep one motivated!

Would love to have a way to select level so I could have a tougher routine from the start. Also, there is a bug where the video doesn't show for stretching. It only shows the last ab exercise.

After 2 months of regular use, I see a very noticeable difference! I like it so much I paid for the pro version. These workouts are cleverly condensed down into manageable short sessions, even a busy mom like me can fit them in. 5 solid stars, I love it. :)
