I have been searching for a app that is simple and meets my requirements and this is fulfils those requirementsp. Lately after using this app I have felt like a whole new and improved version of myself. Thos app helps motivate me to push harder and harder to improve my physic, mentality and health.But I do have some issues though. Why must we pay to get better help from pro fitness guyz or just to even help us with our diet. Some of us don't know how go for a well balanced dit. Ovrl amazing 👏.

absolutely amazing app, give you a 20s break between each excersize, and if you need more time then you can add more time, the app let's you set a reminder at anytime if you wanna workout everyday, it also lets you give a review on rachworkout, me personally I love mine but if you don't that one of the review choices. If your looking for a workout app this is the way to go

I love that this app is free to use. Its hard to find a good workout app that doesn't cost a fortune but this one does the job just as well as any paid app. I have tried a lot of different ab workout apps but this one is by far the best. The excercisea are challenging but not impossible and the results are amazing

The overall app is good but there is no countdown before exercise and rest time so I did not like that only rest the app was great and I really like the exercises but you can add more exercises . I love the application But there are some things that you can focus on to improve Rest it was good 👍

Why can't I change the difficulty? I just want to go from the Beginner plan to intermediate but constantly get the 404 Error stating it can't connect to network. I'm on Wifi & I tried using just data and still no luck, I want to experience more from this app but this constant error is discouraging.

Not good for beginners. Does not explain excersises, how to do them correctly for best results and without injury. Annoyingly, sometimes the audio works other times not. Great idea for an app, but not thought through.

As a busy professional , I don't have a lot of time to spend at the gym, but this app has made it easy for me to work out at home and still achieve great results. The exercises are challenging but doable, and I love the customizable reminders that keep me on track.
