My one issue with this app is how many videos are able to be recorded per month. Usually, just have a person and animal option selected. It still recorded my vehicle hundreds of times. While it sits in the driveway. And Maxes me out every month. I'd prefer an infinite amount of recordings. I pay for this every month. Why shouldn't the cameras just work indefinitely. Edit I live in a rough area. And just last night we had theives checking car door handles throughout my neighborhood.

The app freaking sucks!! Never loads my cameras. And so slow to load in general!! So ready to switch alarm companies! First review was in 2022 Edit now in 2024 and still can not stand this app! It NEVER freaking loads. By the time it does finally load, whatever set of my cameras motion sensor is already gone! So irritating!! DO BETTER ALERT360

If I get a notification that the camera has recorded a video clip, when I tap it, it just takes me to the live stream. This happens from both an android phone and an apple iPad, when I'm both at home and away. So then when I tap Video and Saved, the clip doesn't show up until later. So if there was an axe murderer creeping around, too bad for me. Am I the only one this happens to?! It's pretty terrible.

App is very useful and easy to use. I'd give this app 5 stars, but it appears to work at optimal use only when connected to WIFI. When not connected to WIFI app doesn't work as well. Today - 9/17/2020 I updated my router. Trying to reconnect inside camera and doorbell ringer/video has been cumbersome using the app. Should be able to simply reconnect devices to new router without all the hassle 🙄

App is horrible. When someone rings my door bell, I can not see the door bell camera. With that being said, I am not able to speak through the door bell. It won't load intil after it is in saved images. Then, I have had to reinstall this app 4 times and still the same issue. When I call the company, the want to charge 25.00 for them to come fix it. This app sucks.

I like that the app let me control my Security System easily but I am always having issues with the app not able to show any live video most of the time it says there is a problem and it needs troubleshooting. If I use the website which is nothing convenience there is no issues with the live image. No video issues most of the time. There must be something wrong with this app.

Needs an auto delete feature for video clips. Currently, all doorbell video clips must be deleted individually. It would be better to be able to select the very few video clips that you actually want to keep, and have the option to automatically delete all the other clips after a certain time frame, say one month or some other user to find time frame. I hope you make this Improvement. The current functionality is very irritating. Thank you.

Adjusting the temp on thermostat is mostly basic, needs a lot of work in that area. As far as locking and unlocking front door it works. This was supposed to be an upgrade from what I used to have but in my onion it's much less. Less control less features. It's too basic. Temperature Schedule for thermostat doesn't work most of the time. Really disappointed !!
