I used this app last year and it was very useful. This year it won't even open for me. Tech support can't seem to help. I'm hoping it gets fixed before I get there on Thursday because it was very helpful in the past. Edit: I added one additional star because the app was updated in time to use for the conference. Worked great for two days then stopped working on day 3. Now I can't get to all the notes I took in the app.

App is very slow to open, poorly organized, difficult to use. Much info was inaccurate and did not match what was in print schedule. Requires way too many permissions and makes it too hard to protect users' privacy. Also could not turn off useless notifications.

Was able to download the app and create an account, but it won't go any further. The screen goes to a couple of photos and the stoppe with an error that after trying again closes. Uninstalled and reinstalled and same thing happening.

Doesn't work. When I click to open the app, it lets me select this year's NAGC; however, it opens up two ads then brings me back to the same screen to select. Every once in awhile it asks me to login and the same cycle again and again. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it.

Laggy and slow app, also all the times listed in the app are for Eastern time zone, though this is never specified anywhere. I live in Central time zone and logged onto the first meeting what i thought was a few minutes early only to realize the meeting had started an hour ago and was actually ending. This is a national conference. A mistake like this is pretty inexcusable.

The app crashes constantly. I have been trying to use it, but i have to close and reload 3 times or more every time i try to look up some info.

App is not opening at all today & only offers an error message with a "try internet connection" message. I've been on internet with my phone lots today, so it's not that. Sent an email to support already.

Very clumsy navigation. Trying to find sessions and submit the evaluations was very complicated and directions were not clear.
