Absolutely pathetic service. No matter how early you book, they only start looking for a driver after your pickup time, and you end up waiting at least 30 minutes. To make things worse, the call center agents are extremely rude and misbehave instead of helping. Totally unreliable and unprofessional — avoid if you value your time and respect.

Awful. I booked using the app and the taxi never showed. I called them and they said they had no details of my booking even though the app said it was assigning a driver. The office then implied it was my fault and I could have a taxi for 30 minutes. Totally useless, don't bother!!

Good app easy to use and some great features, but I dont like the permissions box popping up every time i use it and I have searched everywhere for the logout button. I dont like being logged in permanently.

It's a great app but it won't let you set up another account under the same number and has a few glitches around the passwords for instance the 'forget password' button doesn't do anything

Always realable and honest with their pricing. They are the only taxi company use in Alyesbury. Card payments through secure email is easy.

Just downloaded this app and already regretting it. It won't even let me register before it collapses and shuts down. And I've tried multiple times now.
