The app is a decent ap. It does what it says it should. I find the lingering floating icon annoying. In the version prior to the introduction of $14 per week payment, you could close the floating preview or icon. I am also annoyed that I paid a lifetime payment at some point and then all of a sudden the payment model changed. The company should have let loyal users continue without that especially given the lifetime payment made.

Update March 11, 2025: After an email from vigil (Jan 11, 2025) promising to "look into this issue" I have heard nothing from them. The free version starts with a commercial or two which makes the app useless when you need it fast. Can no longer recommend this App. Jan 9, 2025: Purchased premium/lifetime license... and now $14 a WEEK? Was a great app. But no more.

You rereleased your original app, and I lost my premium status. ***UPDATE*** I contacted admin, and they sorted everything out within 20 mins of when I made this comment... Inconvenient, sure... but fast reply and they corrected the issue without trouble. For that, they get 4 stars (from my original one star).

today I start a 3 days free trial and set Autopay but when I set autopay my rs 1350 got deducted without my consent because it shows that the amount will get charged after the trial ends but I lost my Rs 1350 when I set autopay why you guys did this with me.. please refund my money.

I have paid and already purchased premium licences version but now app asking me money for premium version i talk to customer care and send all details and screen shot of payment .but thay are said you purchased from another company howitss possible.

Buy the licenses of lifetime premium And after updating to Vigil Pro, i lost it. I am already called the support, and there is no assist ?!!!!!!!!!!

it's total scam, purchased lifetime subscription for 3k in June 2023 as per Google Play history and now they removed my lifetime subscription access Do not use the subscription it's a scam
