great company, poor app. Pausing the app even for things like phone calls can cause the app to crash, or start the book from a position and hour or more farther back from where you paused. since there are no chapters that is a huge window to try and find where you left off. I would rather just buy graphic audio from audible and listen there. The app is just more user friendly.

I bought audio books from Graphic Audio. I listen to them constantly on a loop. I love having the app downloaded so it's less work to access the audio files compared. I wish I could customize the speeds just a little bit more, but maybe you can and I just haven't figured it out. (being able to change it by singular 0.1 instead of just .25)

I love the content that Graphic Audio makes, the books are so well done, but this app is utter garbage. If it doesn't crash every 10-20 mins, it does any time I get a notification from any other app. The sleep timer was so confusing, it took a lot of trial and error to actually get it to function appropriately. Why would anyone need a 23 hour sleep timer? Why is that an option and why are there two levels of options for a sleep timer? Please put the work in to fix this app.

The productions, cast members, and audio are great and the stories are very immersive. The app itself however, is not great. The app lags (even on books that are downloaded), downloads don't always work, the app crashes occasionally, and worst of all the app will often restart the book you are currently listening to forcing you to either remember the time stamp you were at, or search through the book to find your place again. It's a shame that the app can't match the production quality.

I love absolutely love the audio books they've done, they are incredible. however, the app has a fatal flaw with android auto that when connecting to the car, it completely resets the progress on the file. Costumer service says they are working on it, but late update to the app was a year ago. I'd rate 5 stars if the issue is fixed. it kills the enjoyment having to work around the issue every time i get in the car.

I love the content on GraphicAudio—amazing quality and great stories! However, I really wish the app had a better way to organize series. It would be so helpful to have a page that shows just the titles of each series, where you can click in and see all the books within that series. Right now, having all the books listed on one long page makes scrolling pretty tedious. If there’s a way to sort or filter the content, I haven’t figured it out yet 🤔

I love graphic audio. been listening to your books for years and years. im an OTR Truck driver and have put thousands of hours listening. My brother and family have done the same. greatly enjoy the books. However, this app is very very aggravating. It takes a long time to download the books if it happens at all. Then if they do I'll be listening and it will just stop. Some times it will play again, sometimes it will skip ahead or go back a chapter or 2. or it will just stop.

Love love LOVE Graphic Audio!! The actors are fantastic, the sound design is great, the music adds so much! Lots of attention to detail. It makes listening so so much more enjoyable than a regular audiobook. It's hard to go back when I am forced to. The player is a little wonky, but work around of going back to the titles page and clicking your title nearly always restarts the player and works. a little annoying but worth it
