Does well. Lost previous history after update/re-pairing to phone. "In this blend" doesn't show the "substance" anymore. The device is great! I wish they would come out with some new blends. Perhaps something to upregulate or down-regulate the immune system?

update: latest update resolved issue. no longer connects to phone and app crashes after october update

I loved this device and was showing it off recently. I tried to add it to another device and since then I can get it to update to the new version so when I do the setup process the indicator lite goes from blinking to solid green but the device wont update or connect fully. I sent an email to customer support but have not recieved any communication since. I really want this device to work properly. I was using it for sleep, anxiety, and to alleviate ADHD symtoms. I need this to get off the meds.

It would be so easy to hate this thing if it didn't seem to actually work. My Garmin watch has shown big improvements in my sleep in the few nights I've been using it. Unfortunately, there are serious connection issues. After hard restarting the hapbee, I now have to uninstall the app, reinstall it, log back in, restart my phone and THEN it will connect to the app... The best part? I get one night of use and then have to do it again the next night. It's only Bluetooth, it shouldn't be this hard

Every time I use bluetooth earbuds or my car's bluetooth, the device disconnects from my phone unless i keep the app open. Also, it disconnects at night while on deep sleep mode even though I have made sure app settings don't close it or anything even with low battery. The device works. I have used it for all modes but the disconnecting is very frustrating. I try to show it to people and it's embarrassing that I have to try up to 5 times to connect after something interrupted the connection.

Very unreliable for connecting to the very expensive device. I have been working with support but it hasn't gotten me far. They just updated for Android but now I can't connect even after a Uninstall reinstall cycle. They've really been working on this app and it's coming along. Much more reliable and easier to connect. My Hapbee experience is much better now.

Delivery was sketch for a while but it finally arrived! Connecting the device to app was easy The app UI is very simple but there are some things that could be added or improved 1. I would like stats. I want to see how long in a given day/week/Month etc I have listened to a Signal 2. I want to be able to change the device name 3. I'm not really sure what the home page is for. Maybe a dashboard of some sort as an idea 4. The terms page was blank at sign up. I agreed to a blank box 2x

Mine worked for a little while and I thought it was cool but now also getting the connection problem (even after reinstalling). Also I can't change the truly terrible password that is difficult to enter on a phone which they emailed me in plain text, and after mentioning this they seem to think there is a place to change it.
