Horrible user interface. Can't search for books. Results always come up with nothing. Limited book choices. Practically nothing by Sasterawan Negara. Doesn't allow you to borrow/reserve books! And what is with the horrible English? Out of all the people you hired, is there none capable of using proper grammar?

I registered as a new user/member of U-Pustaka in the google chrome app of my phone. Registration is a success, too bad pdf can't be download so I tried the mobile app. Can't even sign in. Keeps saying my username or password is wrong when I checked again is right. So I tried resetting password. Expecting an email but nothing happened. This is getting frustating.

I just want to inform that everytime i try to read books in my reading list, this apps kept telling me to install the apps when I've already installed it. In the how to read guide, there is the cloudreader button. Well, mine don't have that. I hope this will be fixed soon.

Before this I'm used iOS, the apps run smoothly but now when I used the android, the apps always crash and lambat sangat 😭😭 but I love to have this apps because I don't need to go to the library itself to borrow some books that I love. So sad sebab android lambat gila :( take a very longggg time and perlukan kesabaran yang sangat tinggi ya untuk menunggu setiap button to function.

Overall it is a good app but latest update book that has been borrow didn't appear at my books. Try check at reading list found the book but when try to use read button will link to download app page while i was already use the app. Update: I already email to get assistance for my problem on 8/10/21 but until today no responce. Today I try to uninstall and install back the app and when I try to login I get popup error connecting to server.

The UI/UX is terrible. It's very hard to navigate. And in the store page, I can't select any of the books (bug?). Most of the books are Malay books and there's not many international books as far as I can tell. I know that this is a library but why is there a limit to the number of people who can reserve a book that is digital?

its a very beneficial app, encourage people to start reading but after using the app for quite some times, it keeps on logging out automatically, im having problem to open the app and its definitely not an enjoyable reading experience, i could not read one of the books and not able to download it to read it, several times need to uninstall and reinstall because i could not open the app, thought that there's a problem the installation process, even had to restart my phone, thought it will help

Good but need to update more scientific reading materials such as articles, journals and also add more entertainment reading material such as comic, storybook, novel and so on. With such reading materials, it will attract the public especially the youth to fill their leisure and boredom with one of benefits activities such as read the reading materials that they like and wish to. So indirectly, outward movement of the community will reduce during the period of movement's control order. Tq..
