This is my go-to-app. It has saved me over the years in more ways than 1. For meditation, grounding, sleep, intention, clarity & information. I recommend it to anyone suffering from anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD or simply interested in improving your mental wellness. I hope there's an i-phone version soon, so everyone has the option to use this priceless tool.

I've tried countless apps to help with mental health. This woman I can really hear what she's saying and her Mindfulness training is exceptional. She explains it in a way I'd never heard and actually had a moment of fully hearing her. I can only listen to someone depending on how the person sounds and their tone. Brilliant!!! A sanity saver!! Absolutely love it, it's one of the most useful apps I've installed, and would highly recommend it to anyone. Edit 12/10/2019: This app has saved me so many times! This year I've gone thorough some heavy stuff, and listening to the assistance audio has been a constant throughout this whole process. I deeply thank everyone involved with the developing of this app and hope that many blessings come your way.

I like this app for the good audios, articles, diary and mood log. I appreciate that the logs are customizable, though I'm still learning how to use the features. There are so many options it's overwhelming at times. Ex: there is a list of healthy activities you can check off. But the things they refer to are not all ready to find, such as listening to a particular audio or reading a certain article in app. This could be solved by adding links where each is mentioned.

I downloaded this app in a moment of extreme anxiety about 9 months ago, and it is now my go-to when I feel anxious, can't sleep, or just need to relax. The audios are amazing. It's very rare that I make it through the whole recording before I fall asleep! I love it so much I even paid for it to support continued development. Please keep adding more audio and if you are looking for programmers please look me up! Update: I love the new update. Adding the ability to rewind is so helpful!

I just downloaded it and did a few tests, looked at the audios and videos available and filled in some diary entries. I feel calmer within 20 mins use and it actually helped. It distracted me well and I'm hoping I can develop healthy habits if I can use this app daily. Sometimes I feel like some self help apps are cringy and feel forced. But this was really natural and felt theraputic and empowering to use. Hoping to make it part of my regular routine.

This app has helped me so many times in calming me when panic strikes. Its as if Im sitting in the therapists office and she talking me through the entire attack. Wonderful self help tool and you choose if you want music or not, which I prefer not. It also has many different audios you can choose for your liking. I very highly recommend this app.

Excellent app! Name is so much less than what it is. I can't get friends to try bc they don't have panic attacks, but it is a genuine Mindful Meditation & Meditation app which of course aids in panic attacks immensely but it is so much more. Perfectly structured for releasing serotonin, dopamine and other natural brain chemicals that fight stress & anxiety chemicals. Plus it teaches as an option for a Life Coach like me. It's like a mini instant vacation that we can go to at anytime anywhere. 💖
