I have been using this app for a few weeks and so far it has been easy to use although I feel like it would be better if we were able to go back and fill in our weight loss habits section for previous days. I have a tendency to forget to log my progress until the next morning when I no longer have access to log the data.

The app is basically the website to sell you more stuff. All of the things I actually need are way at the bottom of the main page. If you start looking into something (like hair care or skin care), the "complete intake" remains forever at the top and you cannot dismiss it if you change your mind. Any medication doses should be listed with the habit tracker for ease. Lastly, if your program requires habit tracking, you can't go back in your history to record the previous day's info.

I have been using it for three months, and it isgoing well. The customer service and care teams are great. I like that there is the weight tracker built in to the app. I wish that there was a calendar/plan tracker feature built in as well to track when you take your meds and what dose so it is all in one place!

The information provided on the app is very helpful. The providers respond in a timely manner. However, the app keeps freezing. I cannot watch the videos. They won't load. The information clip goes by too fast and needs to be slowed down so that you can fully read the information. I keep trying to find the information that is tailored to my profile, but keep losing it. It's becoming a little frustrating. The app needs fixing.

I have been using the app for over 3 months and it has gotten progressively worse. At least 1x a week, the only way to login is to reset my password. Biometrics and current password won't work. Seriously, it is so annoying. They need to fix this issue. It would also be great if they would add the ability for you to see your password so you can verify it is entered accurate

Great app with lots of helpful tips and recipes. My only complaint would be that you can not go to a previous day to record your weight loss habits. If I do not get to it that day, I would like to be able to do it the next day.

The app used to work fine. I don't know what has happened, but making appointments for telehealth videos (required by my state) is just about impossible. My RX needs to be renewed but requires a video visit. I have tried for well over a week without success to make an appointment. I continue to get message "no available appointments presently - check back later." That is way too long to not be able to make an appointment.

I started this program November 2024. Now, almost 4 months later, I'm seeing and feeling the results that I was hoping and praying for! I'm so thankful I finally found something that actually worked for me! This was exactly what I needed to help get me back on track to a healthier me.
