Typical "get it out the door" broken, unusable, frustrating app. Half of the popup error messages are in Chinese, which is not useful in an app marketed for the US. Creating an account gives the EXTREMELY unhelpful message "Please enter the correct format" with no guidance as to what the correct format might be. EDIT: the "correct format" is a password up to 13 characters, despite the text under the password field that says 8-20 characters. No quality control at all with this cheap product.

Absolutely sucks. I can't even turn it on without 1 propeller spinning like crazy, and then I click many buttons on the controller, then when it starts flying I do nothing and it just crashes. TOTAL PEICE OF S#[&

Do NOT buy a drone that uses this app if you are an Android user. There is nothing you can do to get this app to work because the creators made this for iPhone and have not fixed the bugs to allow Android users access as well. Absolutely pointless to have a drone that you can not take photos or videos on!

The app works but the camera sux...at least the one I got. The fix to connect is to turn on airplane mode and then turn wifi back on.

If I could I give it a negative rating. It doesn't work, and there is nothing online that helps correct that. I do believe any comments on it worked lied. My drone works precisely the way it should, this app does nothing!

cannot get it to connect to the phone so it's useless. Have tried everything. No support anywhere that i can find. Android user

For this app. Turn drone on. Go to phone and pick velcase wifi. Go to app and use it. No need to logon to their site.
