hi, ever since I updated this app [25,26,27/7/25] I am facing difficulty to open it up as it crashes immediately. I tried various ways like reinstalling ,restarting mobile& etc. but all in vain. The mobile number to call is also not attended.

App crashes on login after update. Unfortunately, the app crashes every time I try to login after updating to the latest version on my Android 13 version. Please fix this bug ASAP.

i have been trying to book tickets for my parents....the app is not responding....rectify it as soon as possible...pls dont make travelling a burden..

I've been trying since morning to book a bus ticket, but both the KSRTC app and website are completely unresponsive. The app keeps crashing or loading endlessly, and the website doesn't function properly either. It's frustrating and unacceptable, especially when people rely on this service for essential travel. KSRTC really needs to fix their online booking system - it's unreliable and makes travel planning stressful.
