Worst virtual office service provider ever. Here is why: 1. They take advance payment and are very active during the sale process. 2. Once you pay, they stop caring and keep your documents stuck. 3. They say 2-5 business days buy documents are stuck on processing for 2 weeks. 4. Pathetic quality of support that does not provide any reliable answers. I have already lost my money with this fraud company, hope you don't.

Myhq should put a filter non IT and IT folks. Freelancers particularly in IT have a hard time working with non IT. It's like I am already stressed, and non IT mostly women just come over and talk to each other etc. Add a filter for non IT and IT, don't rely on that IT people will book "higher price" workspace while non IT will book "lower price", we also don't want to waste money.

I had this bad experience last day with myhq. App allowed to book one location with prepaid payment already done, and i travelled there and the space was closed.I am also not able to raise ticket or contact helpdesk for refund.

Very poor experience or even first booking.. Awfic guy returned me saying they did not receive any booking from MyHQ and they can't allow.. called HQ customer care twice but no one picked up the phone.... Eventually they lost one customer... Terrible experience

You download the app, you book and there is no way you can contact customer service. I didnt receive any wifi pass and there was no one at co-working space to help me with it and no customer support. I booked the next time and had to modify the date . App even if it gives you the option, gave me an error and didn't give me an option to cancel the booking .. Worst customer service , sorry no customer service at all. Way toooo many loopholes in the process and app . No one to contact to

An app with a terrible UX journey. When I wanted to rate the app, and I clicked on the rate app option, it asked me ifnI liked the app. When I clicked "not really", the pop up closed and refused to bring me to the play store until I clicked on "Yes, I liked it" - seriously? This is level 1 fraudulent behavior. Also no way to delete your information from their app. And beware, if you sign up, they will use that information to call you.

They are the worst. I purchased Virtual Office from myHq for GST registration and they won't provide the necessary documents for GST registration purpose. They don't own the space, they have tie up with local vendors and they ask for extra money to provide the documents. Even they ask bribe on behalf of GST officers. They wont refund the money the also.

I have been using this app for some months now and the experience is positive. However things are fine, when they are. If they aren't, you could be stuck as the phone number shown as a support number is almost always busy and you have to wait for the call to be returned in It a own sweet time.. Meanwhile, you sit there twiddling your thumbs
