You can't use multiple payment methods -- that means if you have a gift card for $15 and your order is $17, you can't place the order. Come on, y'all, it's literally about to be 2025. This kind of feature should've been a BARE MINIMUM for the payment feature. Whoever was contracted to make this app is trash.

Really like Hello Bistro. Downloaded the app, had a long drive into town, wanted to just pick up dinner on the way home. Chose our meals, entered card info, registered login/PW. But could not finalize sale. Mashed button to no avail. Very disappointing. No error message; just failed.

I had this downloaded and used it successfully multiple times but as of late the app won't load and continues to crash. I just uninstalled the app. Hopefully the developers are aware of the issue and are working on it but if you want to order food to pick up...good luck.

this app sucks. I have tried to reset my password multiple times and it keeps rejecting it saying the email entered was not the email that requested the password change which is a lie!

Very hard to use, keeps reverting back to home location even after I picked one by work. Tried to use code, but it disappeared as soon as it came up.

App will not let me order online, very nice layout but no follow through. Also I wasted a $2 off since it won't let me order online and it only gives you 15 minutes to use.
