The previous version of the app was great and I always received payment after completing playtests though this version doesn't let me double check my audio levels before recording anymore I hope this is a bug as it's very useful to know how the developers will hear your feedback. Also miss the fee less direct payouts but that's a separate issue.

the app is extremely buggy. if you don't complete the entire test in one sitting, the app will forget you were part of a test and you will lose your recording and not get compensated for it. furthermore, it requires you to wear a headset, which causes a low volume to get recorder compared to the phone's speakerphone. i have reported these bugs in the past with no solution. the tests that use the recorder bundled in the .apk of the game don't have any of these issues

I was 30 minutes into a recording when I had to pause due to loud background noises. Upon trying to resume, none of my progress was saved and I had to start over from the beginning. Very frustrating. This was during a type of test where it was a survey type format without actual gameplay. Update: Changed from 1 star to 3 stars because developer acknowledged the issue and paid me.

Very poor. When I did a playtest for 30 minutes, I didn't realize that the recording stopped within one minute of the playtest. When I attempted to do it again, it stopped recording after 2 minutes. When I attempted to it a third time, it stopped recording within a minute. Granted, there was red box to indicate that I was being recorded, but it hard to notice right away when it disappears.

I was available for a playtest but when I tired to download the game, I got an error say "Sorry our gaming server is overwhelmed, please try again in a few minutes". I kept checking back and try to review the game but was unable to due to the error. One last time I checked, it says the spots were filled up and the playtest was completed??? I wasn't able to partake in the playtest and was at a disadvantage to try. I tried but am unsatisfied.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They don't know how to properly send you a playtest so when you finally get one(if they even send you one) it takes so long to open it that you end up being disqualified. The app doesn't work when you have a playtest request, the emails they send take about 30 secs to open, just for you to see that you've been disqualified for taking to long, and if you somehow get the playtest working, someone is just going to finish faster and disqualify you. DO NOT USE!!

Not worth it. The only thing good is the list of games. Several seemed like they might be fun. Can't get the app to properly show play time so tester doesn't get the advertised pay. Played 8+ hours on one game and 4+ on another without being acknowledged in the app. Oh, and YES I did make sure to load the game from within the app. Can't afford to lose a day's pay to "test" a game that promised me a day's pay.

I've been using this for a few months now, and it's been getting progressively better. Originally I had issues similar to others that have been posted, such as having difficulty opening the playtest, knowing what steps to take to make sure I'm doing it correctly, getting the survey after a test, etc. However, anytime I have emailed them about the issue, they've gotten back to me quickly and resolved the problem. With this update, everything is working in app with no issues.
