Have used this app for years, never updated but maybe once in 4 or 5 years, now all of the sudden it updates and says my number can't be verified, Same number I've always had, app was working yesterday before it updated, same phone company I've always had it with, Page Plus, was the light version of the app, but it always worked, Still want to use the app, but until I hear from someone, I can't! I get unknown calls all the time. Please fix

I like the app. The only improvement I would make is for . blocked callers to not go to voicemail.After the latest update in September 2025, I can no longer look up a suspicious number to see its origin. I call that a downgrade, not an upgrade.

This new version deleted all the blocked numbers saved in the previous version. I don't really like this new interface. Compared to the previous version, this "new" user interface looks fake IMO

Why did this app install on my device and remove the app I had? This app did not "replace" my original app otherwise all my information from previous app would have transfered to this one. This is wrong and possibly illegal

Its alright doesn't always come up on phone as detecting. the new one I can't figure it out it's mess.

Well, I guess I'm knocked out now. They don't cover Visible, which is weird since Visible and Tracfone are all owned by Verizon.

Great at blocking calls that you choose to block. However, I wish that there was some kind of way for my number to be removed from the caller's call list when you file a complaint. Filing a complaint seems pointless because there is nothing that is done/changes when I do file a complaint. I recommend this app if your phone doesn't already have a way to block numbers. Also great to block unknown or restricted calls. Would give 5 stars if filing a complaint was effective!

I have reported the issue of the block by area code not working. The team there says that it is not recognizing the 1 or +1 ahead of the number. They will be correcting that in the next update! For anyone else who is having problems with this feature, hang in there. They are now aware of it and are trying to take care of it.... Now, it's many more months later and this feature still doesn't work! I got a call from the blocked area code at 1:00 am. I'm about to ditch this app!
