It worked..and then it didn't... I installed it, logged on and it seemed to work. Then I got an update to the app about five days ago and now all I get is a white screen. I've rebooted my phone, cleared the app cache, uninstalled/reinstalled but it's still not working.

Constant screen glitches. Unusable chat function where typing anything into the find contact search box causes the screen to reset. Clearly not tested on Android.

have tried for 3 days to download my boarding pass with no luck. The app seems to be more about booking another cruise rather than getting the info you need for the current cruise.

after a week of using the app all I get now is a white screen. no access to my boarding passes and we leave in a couple of days. not sure where to turn for help

Generally broken app. Abruptly stopped letting me log in ("missing data"). Doesn't respect "remember me" setting. Itinerary conflicts with emails from Seabourn.

POS... can't get it to work. Put in email pswd, says it is incorrect. Won't show u password so impossible to check. Seems to want a membership number... no idea what that is.

It works then it doesn't.....ugh! Very poor app for the money we paid for this trip I would expect everything to be top notch including their app!
