Poor interaction, technical glitches and very slow, its not an AI based learning its like a chatbot. Would be happy to cancel the subscription of there is an option. Should give trial before forcing for paid version, in that way people will not get cheated. Wasted my money on this useless app. People can try free platform like khan kids which is way superior for kids learning.

I have subscribed their membership and people like me who are expecting language proficiency should not spend any money as there will not be any feedback or conversation that needs to be done from both sides.it is waste of time and really frustrating.Chat gpt does more than this kind of application.

Even though the voice technology is very good, it doesn't coach properly and just waits for the student to speak. If the student already knew how to learn English, why would they subscribe to this in the first place?

The app doesn't do what it claims for. Trial subscription could not be cancelled. There is a predefined response that answers the same for any response provided in the chat. My son was totally disappointed as it did not have any options to speak to and correct the accent.

I paid for 6 months because I read positive things about it somewhere (now i think it was paid PR).. but in 1 hour of usage, both me and my kid are frustrated. Tons and tons of technical glitches. Audio msgs don't get sent need to click on send multiple times. Sparky just does not know how to engage and continue talking with a kid. All it does is "oh great I hear what u said".. and then again ask kid what would u like to talk on. Given a topic, it hardly build a 2 line conversation......

I recommend letting the user/parent adjust some settings before introducing the app, such as the languages or topics. For example: since I'm in Brazil, the app automatically showed me texts in portuguese instead of english, without asking me if that was our native or preferred language. It also needs improvements on the UI. I didn't find it as intuitive as other apps on the store of this kind, and it showed some lagging issues.
