recently downloaded the eSaral app for the first time, but I’m disappointed with the login experience. The app only offers email login, with no option for phone number login, which is inconvenient. When I tried to reset my password using the "Forgot Password" feature, it showed "account does not exist," despite entering the correct email. This frustrating experience makes me want to rate the app poorly on the Play Store

it's ad distracting me, I taking PW's free lecture always from YouTube but suddenly it comes and shows it's feature and I think it better than PW and affordable than PW but when I install it looks that it's login process is very bad very much time taking and it's batch (early prahar 2.0) price costly than PW (JEE FASTRACK 2026 BATCH) which gives same features. So I think that this app is not useful to me.

there's not any problem with the app but the thing is , sometimes there occurs a glitch in the app which disables me to login my account, it automatically gets logged out so i just want you to fix that issue because it takes lot of time to log in again. else everything is all right

The eSaral app is great for JEE prep, especially with its supportive faculty and motivating video call classes. However, the recorded lecture quality could be improved, and while the teachers suit me well, preferences may vary. The price is high, but the personal connection adds value.

I liked the video lectures but i dont find it a good choice to spend 50-60k for them. The recorded video lectures should have price around 2-3k maximum. Firstly I thought that the app provides free recorded lectures but i was wrong, the lectures were free for only 2-3 days. At last I suggest you to make your app affordable for poor and middle class people, it's highly overpriced.

This app is good only bcz of its video lectures but then you cannot view it on laptop as " the course is only available on phone". Then the sheets have a lot of errors. There are bugs in the app, it crashes frequently even while giving a test. Teachers are good, but you can't see live class lectures after some months as it show its expired.

The idea is about this app is absolutely brilliant. The sheets are pretty good too. Physics and Maths faculty are really good. You will be conceptually clear in Phy and Maths. Chemistry faculty is okay. The best thing is that the teachers try to resolve your issue personally. You will get the most personal attention here (Seriously the best compared to other apps). You cannot watch the lectures on your Laptop/PC. It's available only on android(which is a great downside for me personally).

I attended 2 live classes and omg i had to reload and referesh it every 5 mins it has so many bugs I couldn't hear the voice of the teacher half of the time if u are gonna attend the classes on ur pc like me it will be hectic and it needs atleast windows 10 to play a whole playlist of pcm ... And they gave us technical support team no. To contact if any issue and none of the 4 no. Are picking up the call or replying! I wasted my money ... Still studying from YouTube
