1) For the same gate entry it pops up continuously for the other phone to approve, even though it's been approved in one phone. 2) Most of the time malfunction with the notifications..it doesn't go on its own from the screen.. and there is no option that comes on the mobile screen to delete the particular notification. 3) The most irritating part is the ringtone choices given ..pls give more sobor and better ringtone options.

Edit: Once if I save my preference that I don't want notifications, shouldn't the red exclamation mark vanish? Now when I open the app, it makes me think there are new notifications and when I open notifications, it shows the error that notification are not enabled and that there are no new post. Disappointment !

Does not accept payments via UPI linked credit cards. Huge transaction fees on paying via any method than UPI. I am using this ridiculous app only because the association forces us to. Confusing navigation and failing payments is a bonus.

notification keep ringing even after approving the same in one of the other devices at home. this is quite an incovenient issue which i raised few months back with Apaetment Adda team but yet no resolution.

Even if other members of the house approve the entry, it still rings continuously on the main account. Worst feature. What is the point of others approving.

Edit : No improvement even after 6 months. No pre approved entries are visible to guard. Approval through app only is accepted and approval over call is considered declined. Then what is the use of this app. I don't know the glitch, but this app is not working properly. Security guards are not able to send me notification,I am not able to connect with security desk. Not sure why it's not as simple as other competitive apps. Highly disappointed ☹️☹️☹️

Can you please revert the UI of Gate Updates notification back to old one. The new UI doesn't fit on my flip cover screen. I know it's an edge case for flip device, but just making the popup scrollable or smaller in height will solve it.

Inferior to many out there. No notification appearing on my new phone, no leave at gate option available. Call gaurd not available. Update: Notifications are fixed in the new update, developers are keen to support.
