Simply useless. The online version is not able to focus on the object, thus unable to verify my identity. The application doesn't find my data or wifi connection so the outcome is the same.

Doesn't accept my national identity card. Everything is up to date and the card is government issued. Veriff supported documents for Bangladesh includes NID, Passport and Driving License. But when I input the documents, it shows error message "document not supported"

I wrote a bad review earlier but the problem did get resolved. And I was recognized by the app and could do my business. I figured it's only fair to let people know the problem was resolved

Scanning the QR code on the Deel site with THE APP, doesn't work. Why? Veriff doesn't also work on the laptop - why? Don't laptops have webcams? Worthless app

Not good. Keeps showing the "Uhoh. System Hiccup." message. How helpful is that? At least, state what's the problem.
