Who are the people who rated this app more than one star?😠 You must either be policemen or part of the corrupt system somehow because this app doesn't work. I can't sign in, obviously no one would be able to because there's no option to register. The design of the app is not even fine and it has a terrible User Interface (I can't say anything about the experience yet because I haven't experienced it). Overall, it just reflects the current police situation in the country. TERRIBLE!

I downloaded the App. I clicked "OPEN". I saw "Username", " Password", and "Sign in". I did not see "Register" or "Sign on". Note that one cannot "sign in" to any portal, site, App, without first registering or signing on. Please update the App, except you plan and wish to remove the "Sign in" psrt of the exercise. This is such a terrible app! First, you are asking users to login when they haven't been given the opportunity to create an account first. Secondly, it's an app for the Nigerian populace yet you use a background image that depicts foreigners. Thirdly, the inter-phase is so horrible! This is a total mess and it's shameful that an organization allowed this to be put up on its behalf without reviewing it.

Awful! This app barely worked the first few weeks I learnt about it. I couldn't sign up. Probably due to so many complaints an updated version was released, thankfully I was able to sign up albeit a poor user interface. What was shocking was when I saw a provision where I have to pay a 12,000 naira subscription fee for such a poorly modded app that we not even sure of its effectiveness. Even if this app were to work successfully, why do we have to pay the police to do their job? Uninstalled!

why can't nigeria do something completely good for once. why build a useless app and advertise for people to use. please to whom it may concern, kindly give this good idea to a better, more experienced mobile developer to develop something much more better with good UI/UX. please. just the first activity or first screen, it seems useless already, talklless of other screens.

Downloaded the App and could not have it opened, how am l suppose to log in without the provision of registration. I feel the developer was not yet ready but because they needed to impress the boss, decided to deceive us. Total waste of my data. Thankfully l have uninstalled

God bless NPF. I'm so glad 😊 for the thought you have made to increase or to globalize the NPF. That's what I think to do when I graduated in polac. I use to make an easy way that civilians contact the nagerian security to avoid the criminals, especially gangars fight. But I think this app is strong to use for civilians, no have access to log in until the admin register him. I mean there's no sing up site. Thanks for upgrading NPF security to a global.

it seems tgis app is deliberately programmed to fail. Else how can one download app for tge first time and it's asking you Username and password to sign in? I'm i not supposed to first be ask to create one first with my password, so the system can recognize it next time i try to login? I type in a Username and a password, and it's telling me , it doesn't exit in the system. How will it, when I've not first created one . Na wa O!
