Is great if all you need to do is jump in and approve time. Unfortunately, every other feature is barely functional. I cannot edit someone's time from the approval screen, I have to go to their timesheet and edit it. Not to mention that the "Schedule" tab seems to not be functional. I need to pull out my laptop to approve people's time anyway because of needing to make edits like this. Makes me miss the old web page portal.

No employees benefit @ all. this app is beneficial for employer but it doesn't benefit the employees @ all. not accurate,has over 5 negative points against me. manager said he can't do anything about it. Im never late nor missed days for work but this app says that I have had . great app if you are trying to get rid of an employee. management informed us not to pay attention to these points. this was as I brought this up in last meeting with HR. sucks.

absolutely the worst all I have ever used. never gone more than 3 days with out some kinda error. even to use twice in a day have to fully close it before it lets me do anything. and half the time that anything is getting more errors

Bugged. GPS isn't recognised unless after opening the app, you close it and then reopen it. Worst is It did not register that I logged off once (when I did) leading to a harsh email from work regarding why I didn't clock out and that if not corrected I would not be paid for the shift. May have been because the internet connection was bad at the time. Some of the buildings we work in have poor reception so might happen again. I've never abandoned my work site but this app made it look like I did

Frustrating and Unusable App This app is completely unreliable. Every single time I open it, it logs me out and forces me to enter my login details again and again. It’s frustrating and a total waste of time. There’s no point in having an app if it can’t even keep me logged in properly. Developers need to fix this issue ASAP. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend using it!

poorly designed and annoying. not suitable for the current market. The app repeatedly requires you to put in your password every single time. this app doesn't fit for purpose.

App never works, crashes, pretty much useless. update, 6-24-25, app has gotten worse, great work team
