I like the app but to be honest I really like the old way the electric company did the way their billing layout was. MAYBE I AM NOT USE TO THE CHANGE YET! SO HOPEFULLY I GET USE TO IT! I'm sure I will I just prefer more information on the bill telling a more informed bill. Which I know the internet provides all of that and then some, but I like a hard copy as well. I just need to get use to it all. I'm not one for change. I think it will all end up being okay though.

The older version was great. It was so easy to use. The new version is not user friendly. They don't take payment arrangements any longer. The instructions to find payment arrangements is false that tab is not there. This used to be a good company but I don't know what happened. They don't send out credit refunds anymore. I haven't recieved one in several years meanwhile the cost for electricity has skyrocketed.

Awful.I know that it has just recently come out but wow don't you guys test these things before putting them out into the public or do you love just making your cstmrs. so madthey hate you. I updated to the new app and wow what a mess can't get none of my past bills downloaded like before only the amount I paid It shows what I have used but you practically have to be some kind of genius to figure out the taxes and other stuff to add on top of it. Never mind trying to call in 21/2 hrs.wait
