Used this app for the first time, today. There is delay in updation of the tracking coordinates. The vehicle seems to be stuck at one point and suddenly jumps to next point. The tracking in between gets a delay or updates lag behind. Needs a manual or SOP for using the app, describing the features & how to use the functions.

Not a good comment I have to say about this GPS. The money bought was lost. This does not work properly. After starting the vehicle and running for 11 km, it shows 1.5 km -2.2 km .... Once we start the vehicle, it takes about 15 minutes to change from Halted to Idle. This GPS is not useful. It's just a waste of money

I thing this is the perfect time to get an exiting update in Transight compass pro app. It being a while using this app and we want an update soon.

This device is not working and they do not pick up the phone when I call them for almost two months It was a stupid thing to spend money on this which has no use. If you call them, they won't pick up the phone. Until a year ago, they were good service, there is no responsibility for its consumption, no one pays for it, it is much more expensive than other company's device.

Worst of all the gps trakers till now The app does not recognizeses the username and paasword which is correct but still it says wrong . I WOULD SUGGEST STRONGLY NOT TO INSTALL THIS APP NEITHER ITS GPS TRACKER. And it is a request to the company to please respond to my complaint .

Not able to change vehicle picture icon. Clicking that change button does nothing. Also gps performance is delayed.

Apps icons are not match, original route/ stoppage doesn't show. Previous and next buses on the such route haven't displayed.

Such an useless app where we have no option to do anything, always I get notification that the documents have expired however there is no option to stop these notification also there is no option to upload the documents..
