Impossible to order tickets, just getting sent left and right having to login over and over and reselect the seats first in app and later in browser when payment details was confirmed. The movies shown on "coming soon" also didn't correlate with the website so we had to manually search for the movie we wanted to book. Didn't think you could downgrade the user experience from the website but you managed :)

It was an amazing App but not anymore. The app needs a fix or an update as it doesn't load for the first page. I am not sure if this is happening only on OnePlus mobiles. I have uninstalled it and installed it again but still same issue

doesn't start on my phone(OnePlus3T) after the upgrade to android 9.0. Before was working. App has horrible interface. However same as web page.

Full of bugs and errors. Cannot complete payment without manually inputting card details. Doesn't show your bookings, the page just keeps loading.

There is a bug when trying to sign up through the app. Called Box office, were unhelpful and instead directed me to sign up through website.

No my booking section on the app. Tickets are not sent via pdf to an email or available for download. What needs to be filled in for the loyalty card is not specified in the app.

Booking tickets through the app gave me so much grief I gave up and opted to drive in to book them at the cinema. Because it legitimately would be easier
