Used to work great, now it even crashes when trying to open the gallery. Downloading images (when it used to work) takes 3 minutes per image, while connected to a 200mbit network. You're better of getting a different brand. Update: reinstalling or changing random settings sometimes fixes the issue. App is simply not reliable...

Wish we could turn off having to sign in with fingerprint every time we want to do an action. It regally slows things down. Recent update also ruined widgets as they're offline until you sign in on the app with your fingerprint, and by then you're already in the app so what's the point in widgets? Should be users choice whether they want to require secure log in every time. I think most will choose to switch that off given a choice.

Initially had problems with activating /deactivating sections with in screen fingrrprint reader as the keypad was shown preventing scan and resulting in key press instead. But it seems this is by design and a code has to be entered manually first time to "enable" fingerprint scanner for activation / deactivation. This could have been MUCH clearer and I'd have appreciated a response from the devs on this. But quirks aside, the app works very well and I'm perfectly happy with it.

App crashes when looking through "Additional Options" and peripherals. Boost mode only stays on for 3 mins when set to 30 mins then shuts off the fans altogether. Often the turning fan indicator is replaced by the gears symbol and we are unable to change the fan speed.

I am happy with the app, mainly because it allows me to enter the Service Mode of the Alarm without pressing so many buttons on the panel. Also activate/ deactivate from a distance is a nice feature.

good app. there is only one thing that is really annoying - everytime I open the app, I have to enter my username and the password. Why there is no possibility to set private PIN number similar to bank apps to get to the content faster? UPDATED - After contacting the support, the problem has been resolved. Thumbs up.

Whow, this is a bad app... slow, terrible UX. Who the hell thinks it's a good idea having button "Control/Ovládat" that locks instantly all zones, which, suprisingly triggers alarm 1 second after that? And to make it even better, alarm cant be triggered off by chip :D Hope my neighbours were not home... But other than that, I guess it does it's job...

Finally the widget shows current state (albeit in a fairly counterintuitive way) but the issue for me is that it goes grey after some time. Maybe it's intentionally done to avoid polling the alarm all the time but it sure cancels most of the benefit.
