Great premise and app, though it's missing functionality for people who don't fit in perfect boxes (e.g., you can only upload one financial document, which isn't a full picture for some people). Great customer service, and they take scams seriously. Didn't end up finding a place on there though; the listings are all on the expensive side! That's not the app developer's fault, but it's the market that they attract. Some listings were pure piss-off's (300 sqft apartment for $2,000 *hard eye roll*)

As with other users, I'm receiving a lack of responses despite multiple follow ups. It's very difficult to complete your profile if you're new to Canada as you can't enter prior address information from other countries. This forces you to say that you're a 'first time renter' which I guess won't look good. A filter which I have used a lot on other sites which isn't available on Liv is 'exposure'. It's very difficult to try and identify which direction a unit is facing just through photos.

App doesnt work, wont load. Website is awful on mobile, map continually resets. Its sad that I have to share so much personal information with this buggy platform in the hopes of finding a place to live in this insane housing market. I ended up finding a place on craiglist, which honestly is a more trustworthy platform. Do better or get out of the market.

App is okay with a decent number of listings. Unfortunately quite a few renters/landlords don't bother to respond and the moderators take no action, which is rather disappointing. If you don't respond on most other listing sites, you're kicked out. Here though, the lethargy is accepted. Sad.

Great concept. App works well and is super convenient. Out of 6 applications not a single landlord messaged back. Not worth the mandatory credit check in my opinion.

Great app to find apartments! I was able to apply for multiple listings very easily. It also creates a chat room between you and the landlord, which makes the communication very simple.

worst app ever. not mobile friendly ( the windows are all cut off and i cant even see the listings properly) ALSO the lowest date you can choose for your birthday is 1997. really? im 28. not that old. like how are you supposed to rent if you cant give the landlords proper information. ALSO. no copy amd paste function for the description section of the profile. ALSO the profile picture gets warped when you put the photo in and stretches it. y'all got some bugs 😂

This is not a rental search app. This is just a messaging app for landlord/tenant. The latest updates have forced user to sign up and have taken away rental search capabilities.
