I strongly recommend that the yettel app should have an English version. It is very difficult navigating the app only in Serbian language, especially when Belgrade is so cosmopolitan, with a lot of people speaking English. This could potentially even create a market advantage against the network's competitors. This should be seriously considered. It is cumbersome having to copy text from the mobile application and translating it using google, just to make meaning of something.

Your programmers are amazing. What have you done with the latest update? The application says "No Internet connection" whenever I try to open it using mobile Internet. And it works via Wi-Fi. And my mobile Internet is fine, I am watching Youtube right now. Phone restart didn't help. Your App is a joke.

Security in this app is flawed and is build in to service scamming that's happening. Reportedly I got additional billl for prepaid number credit that I supposably did and the transfer was done through the app. There is no way to disable the service. App doesn't show to what number the credit was done. Beware of this app and this service provider. Also after a making a complaint I was given an answer it is all good and I should pay the bill.

App is bild good by user standards exept privacy i dont wish to have that much private data in app and they dont give me choice to delete my personal data or profile only i can delete app thx to android and google option but its not pleasant to know that your data are online .(deleting account data is a fary tale)

Worst ISP in Serbia. Stay away from them bcs they have no tech support, they have no knowledge od technology and in case you have any issues, it's like talking to a wall. Worst customer experiemce in 50 years!!! They should be banned by the law!! Addition because of the arrogance in the reply: And I did contact the support and I was denied the same because I live in a rented appartment and only support is given only if you call from a registered number.

The login to the app is simply not working for me for a month now. I recently moved from MTS to Yettel but the app won't let me sign in when I enter my phone number. It says that the login code was sent but I receive nothing. I even checked all notification and permission settings, everything seems fine. But I am not receiving SMSM from Yettel. I also went many times to the shop, no employee managed to help me. I also reinstalled the app many times. And nothing. Not sure what else can be done.

Awful. After the rebranding, everything went downhill. First the name, then the desing, which is the worst combination I've ever seen (Like, come on, lime and white?) and then the app itself. First: Every time the app will redirect you to the browser, which makes the point of the app pointless. Second: The app oftenly crashes as error code 400 upon starting and booting. Third: The reaction speed AND loading speed of the app's content is horribly slow. In short: The app shouldn't have changed.
