Bug. Cannot sign in

Terrible. Cannot buy ticket. I had beening waiting for more than an hour, still could not buy a single ticket. The app keep logging me out. Page loading is terribly slow. Always end up telling me the seats are already taken. It was a frustrating experience. The app needs to be improved.

I'm disgusted. The app is faulty, and when it has errors and you wind up double puchasing tickets because it says your payment didn't go through, they refuse to refund you. Customer service has an attitude and is just horrendous. Avoid if possible.

Terrible, freezes all the time and won't allow booking completion

booked tickets to an event called Quest using this service which was cancelled. The t&c stated if an event is cancelled money will be refunded with 7 days, now they have changed this and are refusing to refund. This is an untrustworthy company once they have your money its complete luck if you get what you pay for or they just keep it.

Cannot save event - clicked on save in multiple ways: from event description, from search list, from hot events list. But nothing appears in my saved events
