An Internet company having such an AWFUL App and website is actually hilarious. Updated the App so I could log on and pay my bill. Well apparently my password that has worked forever no longer works. Ok..... So I go to change it and they say my username or email can't be found. Sweet. Guess if I no longer exist in their system and can't log in to pay my bill then I don't owe them any money or they aren't interested in getting paid. Sounds good to me

Text code has not worked from download. Phone code often just says incorrect, if it takes it sends me right back to get code page instead of logging in. If I do get to home page can only pay my bill, trying to view previous statements, etc just causes the get code relooping issue. I was hoping it was just a newer app and bugs being worked out. See that it has actually been out for awhile, so guess I'll just abandon the hope of improvements☹️

Even worse hot garbage, can't even look at line item statements. Says not available in app, then why have the click-able option? Cannot wait to be in an area with more than one horrible ISP. Now the app doesn't know my username. AI is writing this company's code for sure.

This is not a finished app, in my opinion. It includes features that allow Armstrong customers to view their bill, pay their bill, view their internet usage report, check their total data allotment, check their remaining monthly data allotment, add or remove services, and manage their account and services all from their smart phone, however there is a huge issue that needs addressed. That issue that there is no email feature in this app. It does have a link that opens your email on the browser.

Is this a joke? The app doesn't look anything like the screenshots. I thought I'd be able to change my wifi password; but in spite of the app's desciption, there's no way to do this. I also want to know why neither I nor anyone else, regardless of service provider or phone type, can't do wifi calling. We've been promised fiber optic service for about two years and no one is available to give us an update. Sorry, Armstrong, but I can't wait for Skylink availability.

Cant pay bill online at all constantly says an error has occurred try the website and it also errors out. It's annoying calling in and listening to all the automated stuff wish they had a site and app that worked and let you pay your bill online.

I am unable to get the app to work. It tells me 'user not found' though the company has no problem sending me a huge bill each month.

They really need to have a much better updated working app. It is horrible. They are an internet/ phone/ tv provider...you would think that they would have a good working app! It reflects very poorly on them.
