Have been using the app for over 2 years and they changed the $20 reward requirement to a $30 requitement for the exact same deal, which by the way wasnt even a good deal at $20 because it takes so long to earn your points. They keep cheaping out every year and im just going to start going to other gas stations instead of marathons in general. Half of them dont even work with the rewards anyways and the $10 incease was the last straw

It's great when the station's prices are competitive. What's disappointing is when Marathon stations' prices are so high, that even using your rewards doesn't bring it down to a competitive price, especially when you've chosen a monthly challenge and can't complete it because of the high price.

Rewards are misleading. For example, if you redeem $5 off but don't pump enough gas, you get the full $5 off your rewards account but not on your bill. Very annoying, you save more with other gas rewards that automatically give you the discount instead putting it in a pool with a misleading amount. App is easy to use, unfortunately every so often does sign you out automatically.

the only thing I'm unhappy about is being limited to 20 gallons. UPDTAE: I was initially very happy, but the last four times I filled up, I've gotten absolutely no credit on the app. it's like all of a sudden it stopped working after doing so well for several weeks. The app is pointless if it doesn't recognize your ID # at the pump 😞

The app requires forced verification every time it is opened. Why can't you just allow people to LOG in to their accounts directly, instead of going through the hassle of opening the app, then forced to input your number, wait for the text to receive the "verification code", then back to the app to open it? What is the point of installing the app when opening it requires forced verification every time? And "Rewards" are only for show, they only display on the app, never at the pump. App is junk.

Needlessly complicated. Gas pump says to enter your rewards number or scan your card. But, Arco doesn't issue physical cards. And the app doesn't display your rewards number. The attendant working inside said he couldn't help me, either. __ Added: Thanks but no thanks. Your company makes billions. I'm not volunteering my time to help you fix your poorly coded app. But I will offer a suggestion: Do a paid focus group. Have X people use your app and see how many of them can figure it out.

I don't know what perks I get..workers don't ask about putting in my number & I forget. the cashier's usually press cancel when it asks cause they wanna hurry and give my change back. Would be great if they ask before the transaction if I have a rewards like shops do and even better if they let me know what perks I got from that transaction. I missed way too many rewards because of this & I go often! I never get a receipt either if there is an option to put 1 in case u weren't able to in store.

Not really rewarding. Takes forever to earn 10 cents off. I fill up 2x a week because I door dash at night and work a day job. They're always advising stuff people don't want for the extra points to earn more. If you don't look at this app every day,you will miss out on some good promotions.
