OMG! The app's horrible! Shake to pay option is gone? Who thought this was an upgrade? I can't set my favorite store? Wish I could give it a ZERO! Maps are all over the place. Zoom doesn't go where I want it to. It's convoluted & a disaster. Like others say, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!" Am considering canceling membership after 10 yrs! No shake to get card? Zoom sux. No 'favorites' option? Smaller icons? Horrible. 🤮 Switching to GasBuddy. Easier interface. you can see Speedway, too. Bye

Rewards program is good. My family earns enough points to get fuel discounts often and being a NY resident, it helps a ton. However, the latest app update removed some convenience features, which is very upsetting and disappointing. I used the QR widget every time I shopped. It was quick, easy, didn't require opening the app, waiting for it to load, then navigating menus to get to my card. I could just unlock my phone, swipe once and be all set. Please bring the widgets back. 3 stars until then.

Passwords that were required were not secure enough for my ID Protection app. I kept trying to change my password but couldn't make it work. Then, when I finally got it accepted I found that my 27, 800 + points had been canceled without any notification. Now I have little reason to participate. Points were saved for vacation use for fuel discounts.

This new look and function isn't as user friendly as it was before. I can't even favorite my frequently visited gas stations, and the map keeps spazing out moving locations and zooming out while I'm trying to look at them as a whole. Don't know what bugs you fixed, but it definitely caused some others that need to be addressed. Definitely better before the new updates. Please correct a.s.a.p.

Was a great app until it got to where it just crashes, I left it alone thinking it was just my old phone at the time- nope, still crashing on my brand new Pixel 9 Pro EDIT because I can't respond to your reply: I would love to have a way to share what's happening, though I can't report it in-app, it can't stay open for more than 10 seconds. More than likely just a bug in the code for Android 15 devices

For some reason the QR code widget disappeared. I used to have it on my home screen because I Purchase Gas frequently and now I have to open the app which doesn't load properly most of the time. I tried to go into settings and the widget screen to add it back on and Speedway isn't on the list. Not sure why the widget doesn't exist anymore. It would be really nice to have it back

The new interface is terrible. All my favorite stores went away and there's no way to get them back. I tried to send a private help message, but no such option is available in the app to do that. Rewards number has no bearing on the be interface and is not relevant. It is a problem with the code.

Newest version of app will not support paying with saved gift cards. Have been to 3 different stores in the last 2 days and none of them could get payment card to work. Also would not work for pay at pump. Prior version was great and had no problems. This release seems like a significant step backwards.
