Chat feature is very laggy. All agents in Iraq will change your flight within an hour max. It's taking Sindibad more than 12 hours to change mine. update 1: 2 hours until takeoff and they still haven't processed the cancellation. update 2: they replied 1 hour before the flight saying it's non refundable. Had I known that from the beginning, I wouldn't have booked another flight from another vendor!

First the flight was delayed almost 6 hours which didn't work for my schedule and when I asked for rescheduling to an earlier date they wanted to charge me exactly the same amount for the original ticket as a rescheduling fee and they refused to cancel the ticket and refund me. Had to lose the tickets money as I can't go at that later time and booked another earlier flight from another place.

Bad service, booked a ticket 2 ways, they cancelled my going flight with last minute notice, I had to buy new ticket from another service provider double the price, not only that, I requested a refund, they deducted alot of money and send me back alot less than I paid. Guys, please stay away.

they provide you wrong info like you have to get out of the country 20 days before the Visa expire which is not true Don't believe Jamie have to check before but they just want to make you worry. unfair fees also.

I had to travel from baghdad to istanbul and bought my flight ticket with this app easily. The prices are good and I had an amazing experience. Good job. Although I think the call center support can get better since I had some issues talking english to them.
