Very bad customer support. Stay away. I have sent NFT's to my Subwallet addresses and they went missing. The agents ignored me after two emails and never replied again with any explanation. Fair play to you guys! Thanks! Highly not recommended!

had a lot of issues with this app on my phone. couldn't even setup the wallet, as for some reason the screen where you verified the recovery phrase put selections off the screen, as so it was not possible to drag them into place. Would be best if you could enter them manually, or resize the screen. this may be a fault of my cheap phone in in combination with Accessibility features taking up space on the bottom of my screen, and the larger font I have to use for my horrible vision, however.

So far crashy. I think the app hasn't been testing for its main functionality. When you press search button it only gives me the keyboard an nothing to search on. In fact pressing on majority of the buttons gives that or loading screen that stays forever. Should've been more testing before release. However I'm optimistic that evrything will be taken care off and I would be glad to update my review then. Looking forward to it.

Look forward to seeing more features added. I hope it stays simple. *EDIT* Negative? I never said I had a Negative experience. I wish VARA was doing better because I liked the app actually. I didn't give it 5 stars because some of the features were not enabled yet. I hope the simplicity stays the same. I don't understand why people have problems with it. It's easy to use and straight forward.

Thanks for reply but it is still very disappointing that this is something that isn't mentioned WHILE you are planning a stake. Also as I mentioned you get this red text on the top which you can't read because you only get half a second to read it. I screenshotted it and the text doesn't make any sense either. I would expect this to be easy to fix but maybe you want to trick people.

It needs work. I like it but EVERY TIME I click on something in a section like staking,manage tokens & manage networks I can see the 1st popup but anything after that I just get a black background like it popped up but there's no info & just continuesly won't pop up ANYTHING else after the 1st popup. There's some kind of bug that only lets you see it once & stops it from popping up info again.

Horrible my transferred a token to it and it stole it basically because it's not showing up. A game from coinbase I have the verification that I've sent it and and it's been 10 minutes that's plenty of time. I'm pissed off horribly right now :Slight change to this it seems to be coinbase is fault if they're the ones that write the instructions on how to start minting an NFT on subwallet because they tell you to pick the wrong address it's supposed to be the one and drop down menu. Need more room
