So many issues with this app. It's almost like they never did any QC and hired the cheapest developer available. When you try to sign in, they redirect you to the browser again. For what?? Every time you load the app you hve to sign in or else they can't remember who you are. They can't even save addresses. And when you choose the pickup option, they don't give you the option to drive thru/potong q anymore, eventhough this option is still available on the portal. And everytime you switch to anot

Worst app ever. Seriously sort it out. Been buggy for too long and is at the point now where I have had to confirm the order the past two times by calling the store because it glitches at processing but has actually gone thru. Has caused me to order twice in the past also. Sort it out or I am changing to a competitor.

After the new update, it's hard to search my location. You can't pin the location on the map like you used to, so why you even display the map? My saved address is gone too - again! If you switch to other app halfway, to reply message on chat app, you come back to Domino starting screen again. Your edit are all gone! The old app is better, though the UI is outdated but it works! Guess what? I want to use the web order, but it keep open the apps, which is unusable!

Absolutely horrible app. Whats the point of asking customers to download when the app can barely function? Ordered delivery just for it to end up being take in. Couldnt even track the order as the app was just blank. Email wasn't even helping much either. No point in having an inaccessible app. Awfully long loading screen just to be brought back to the home page

I thought if a new upgrade app should be better from the previous version, but this is worse!!! Can't even track my orders, can't retrieve my fav saved address, the UI is so basic, and needs to improve in payment method. As an established company, Dominos needs to do proper R&D to the app before going to production or learn from other apps. Looking forward to improvement!!

The apps is not functional properly. I chose large from the list of option but when I look at the cart, it was set as regular. Luckily because I was using voucher it said that I need to choose pizza. At first I was surprised since I already choose my pizza. I even had to edit and add back the pizza to see if I was wrong. Turns out that automatically change to regular at the cart and you have to change size at the cart

Extremely frustrating I have to find my address in the map everytime I have to make order, can't save the address. This is a downgrade from the previous app.!!!! Once I accidentally close the app now I cannot see the tracking nor my order anymore ! The live tracking was so much better in the previous app, buy flop for UI UX design

Allow notification categories. It is beyond annoying when I don't want the constant daily bombardment of notifications relating to your promotions, but you have no way for me to opt out of these notification without also turning off the delivery notifications too. Allow me opt out or notification categories, it isn't hard to make a user friendly app.
