Yesterday afternoon (23 May 2023) the app was working fine (within the limits its idiosyncrasies), but I went out for a couple of hours and when I came back the app didn't work anymore, it would just freeze on the startup screen. I guess the app must have automatically updated while I was out. I restarted the phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app a couple of times, but it made no difference. This is on a Samsung Galaxy S9 (model SM-G960F). It still works on a Galaxy S10.

Full marks to the radio station and presenters, but the app can be improved by adding ability to fast-forward or scroll/jump to any timepoint in a downloaded show/podcast. Although the interface shows ffwd and rewind symbols, they don't work for me. I'm guessing the actual functionality is to skip to the next/prev download - I only have one, and so they both take me back to 0:00.

Adore being able to tune in to my favourite shows at times that suit me. In that respect it treats the different shows like podcasts. If you wish to tune in live, then it is just like tuning into your personal digi radio. I find the app simple and easy to use. Love the feature of having access to the shows song lists (in order too). Very cool.

This app is so frustrating! I live in New Zealand and no, our internet is not stable. I just listened to the first 72 minutes of Five Feet High and Rising when I went out of range and I don't have an option to start from where I lost coverage 😢

Works like a dream. Most shows have playlists as they go/soon after completion, and listening back to old episodes is done via the app, and not from being booted to a website.

It works OK for a few days and then I have to uninstall and install again. A real pain. In frustration I sometimes just go through the PBS website. Still not working after a few days of installing. 07 May 2022.

Brilliant way to keep across the whole range of musics from peebs. Only regret is that it is seemingly not Android Auto compatible so Ron Dickenson drops out just past the Black Spur.
