With the Fronius Solar.wattpilot app, you can commission your Wattpilot, configurate charge settings and visualise charges with just a few clicks.Solar.wattpilot app functions at a glance:
/ Start-up
Starting up the Wattpilot with the app is child's play. The app is connected to the Wattpilot via the access point for the charging box or via the Internet.
/ Settings
The app can be used to configure numerous functions: charging current, charging modes, load balancing, priority assignment, etc.
/ Visualisation
All data relating to the device and the charge is clearly displayed in the app.
/ Mobile use
A particularly convenient feature is the ability to set the charging mode via the app. You can simply switch between the modes on your smartphone and charge your vehicle exactly as you want to, regardless of your location.

Very nice app. Easy to use once setup (The hotspot connexion isn't working well for me, had to use another device). Helps save money and increase autoconsuming solar production In addition with the ohmpilot and 2 electric cars, no need for an expensive battery. Missing points imao: -Possibility to schedule switch from eco mode to next trip mode. The schedules only allow to switch between on/off. -Use of high/low tariff set in the fronius smartmeter instead of lumina/awattar

I was expecting a much simpler app and one that connected to my solar.web more efficiently. we went with a fronius ev charger as we were told it was easier to connect and manage if we had the same brand as our solar inverter. I think a lot of work needs to be done to make this a much more user-friendly app.

Constant issues getting electricity prices updated. The app needs a separate max current for Eco and other modes. When you have PV surplus, you want to maximize the use but otherwise may want to charge at the lowest possible current to avoid network operator fees for excess spikes in power transfer.

Ok, but buggy. The user interaction is not intuitive. On my Android phone I get an error message every time I change a setting. It says the setting couldn't be processed/saved, except actually it was processed/saved.

Hi , I bought this fronius wattpilot in Turkey to charge my new TOGG (Turkish Electric Car) . Most of the time, Charging stops after 30 or 60 seconds . I can achieve to charge only 2 time after many trial and error. One of them with 32 amp, the other with 16 amp. I couldnt find a stable settings that can work everytime I dont have PV solar system, I dont want to use cost optimisation . I Just want stable charging experience. I have threephase outlet. Could you give correct settings or can yo

Only change I'd recommend is tarriff settings for outside Europe and being able to easily see total power used Additional: keep getting error "failed to connect to cloud wattpilot offline" despite internet working and it charging my EV.

Great App, only one missing feature. A report with the breakdown of power per source type. E.g. of the total power, report the break down of how much of it comes from the home PV and how much from the public grid.

Unreliable and buggy. Ive had this for over 12m now and no consistency with it working as it should. Continuously has errors and issues.
