If you cancel the ordering process the app bans you from using the app over next two hours. I am not allowed to cancel before I even get a cab? This is outrageous and offensive. Also, the UI makes it easy to cancel the order unintentionally, and there are too many steps to order a cab. Uninstalling and never using the app or their cabs again.

Worst raggedtag app, UI is worse then stuff from 90s and it doesn't even send you an SMS for a verification code. If you are going to be pushing your customers to order taxi via this app at least make it work, same thing goes for their Viber chat bot that can't find a simple well known address. You can do better, honestly.

App was great until the latest android update (MUI version 14.0.2), after which app simply don't work. It couldn't be opened at all.

Awful UI, can't event get an activation code. Plus app is crashing constantly. Same ugly UI for over 10+ of similar "taxi" apps made by the same developer 🤦♂️
