Great tour overall! It would be perfect if there were more pictures to orient yourself if your GPS isn't very accurate. The GPS on Google maps was accurate, but the GPS on the app was different. The audio was useful and really improved the quality of our tour around Chichen Itza. The quality of the information was accurate and the narrator was well spoken. The content was perfect, but the GPS accuracy issue made it hard to find where I was.

Great if you're on a budget or just want to wander at your own pace. Almost pointless to go to the ruins without some guide as you don't get a booklet with your ticket to guide you round/provide any info. The narrative timing and content was amazing and powerful. We downloaded the tour before we went into the ruins and it worked offline without any data. It made our trip perfect. Also the kids loved it.

If you're going to Chichen Itza but don't want the cost of a tour guide ($700mxn) - like we didn't, then definitely get this app!! Almost pointless going to the ruins without some guide as you don't get a booklet with your ticket to guide you round/provide any info. This app provides good level of detail of history and of the ruins. Easy to use and really interesting. Certainly worth the money.

Works but not good at all, needs a lot more polish. The gps just couldn't track us in the right place and the app is just wonky jumping between portions of the tour. Ultimately for the price and lack of competing apps it was for the $10 for us and we recommend it but set your expectations right.

Works well and great English audio tour of the largest structures. Location based audio works great and this is an excellent cheaper alternative to the more expensive on-site guides. I think you get more cultural background information through the guides, but the paid tour app definitely covers the most important topics for 1/5th the price. Photos and assets could be improved though and expanded. There are some missing images in the extra info sections.

It's OK. Not the most informative or interesting. Generally quite standard information with a bit of local knowledge perhaps sprinkled in. A few voice notes waste time when the speaker could be providing interesting information instead. For example one of the notes spent most of the time essentially advertising restaurants you can eat in or recomending cenotes to go swim in. Not what I want to hear. For basic info it's okay, and affords you the luxury of not being stuck in a huge tour group.

I was quite surprised at how good this was! The route is well planned and easy to follow, the audio tour is concise and informative. Would definitely reccomend and we were glad that we hadn't opted for a tourguide instead, which was much more expensive and big groups

So much better than in person guide. The tour takes about 2-3 hours depending how long you linger at certain spots. The app uses gps to guide you to numbered landmarks. I liked having to ability to follow the tour but also get off the path when I felt like.
