Had a booking to pick us up at Lyon airport days in advance with information about amount of luggage. The cab arrived and then proceeded to leave. I called the driver. He said he left because we had a child with ut, this was informed in the booking. I got a hold of the company they said they would send another car. This was at 23:10 at night. At 23:25 with no word from the company I called again no answer. My French colleagues called they also got no answer. No new car came. Avoid this company.

Booked a cab to take us to the airport at 5.55am. They immediately charged 1eu for validation, and 50eu for booking. An sms came in saying my card was charged. I received a call saying drivers were only available at 5am - I accepted even though it was inconvenient. Around 11pm (our flight was at 9am the next morning) I receive a call and sms saying our cab was cancelled. I tried to call multiple times but no one answered - leaving us stranded and at risk of missing our flight. Refund was refused

Offer can't support what the marketing claims. Abysmal service. The SEO results claim they have taxis available in Étaples and nothing comes up when you actually look in the app. Merci au service client de ne pas répondre avec vos messages automatiques qui font semblant de se soucier de ces problèmes.

Very pleased with this company's service. They kept me in the loop when they knew the cab had been held up so wouldn't be on time. Lovely comfortable ride with a very pleasant lady driver. I would certainly use them again.

Was told a departure time of 6 minutes before signing up, then when I'd given all of my details it turns out there are actually no taxis available at all today.
