Generally terrible. Very rarely works 100% makes it very difficult to accurately audit work completed when most of the visits arent logged. I haven't been able to log in and use it for 5 days now. So my visits aren't logged. I do not have time to manually add completed visits. Also from a safety perspective we are unable to trace where staff last visited in case of an emergency. When i can log in, its almost always offline. It just cannot cope with the amount of people using it.

It does not work. It says logging in, renewing user, logging out. It's all it does. I've uninstalled it, downloaded it again and the same things happens. Wish could give it zero stars but I can't. Pointless app if it doesn't even let you log in. And no way to get help with trying to access it.

Can't sign into app as it takes me to my settings page for no reason and cant bypass it. No option but to uninstall. This means that I can only see bank shifts if at computer and not on phone. 1 star is too good for this app as it is useless.

Rubbish!! The upgrade and my new phone is no longer accepting my login/ work email address. Please fix this, as this is a really useful app, when you can actually use it!! 🙏🏻

Having the same problems as others, not recognising email address or log in. Keeps saying invalid username or password. Have deleted the app and loaded onto my computer, with the help of works IT department.

App doesn't work even at the most basic level, ie logging in. Email verified, account exists elsewhere (work laptop) and yet login is impossible. Avoid.

Can't access it as it says I am not authorized although I received emails saying that my account was created. No links to technical support either, so it seems like I am stuck!

Hi previously never had any issues with this app but now it will not let me login. deleted re uploaded still won't work and now the app has disappeared off my phone.
