Can't import my flights. I tried the email method, and it failed. The "oops" email response said I could add trips "easily and instantly with the "Add Trip" functionality within the app, even without a reservation number." But when I try, the result is "No flight available for this input". Maybe it works better on major or European airlines than on Asian ones. If that's the problem, a little honesty about the limitations of the service would be appreciated.

You can't modify anything in this app, even adding seat assignments. Also, it puts in each entry as a separate trip, so one long trip may be chopped up into 10 or 15 trips. I find Tripcase to be a much better way to organize travel. Tripcase also allows you to tie multiple email addresses to one account. CheckMyTrip needs lots of improvement.

Forwarded the email provided by the supplier and couldn't add the booking to the app - "Our system was unable to read your trip details and import them into your account" THIS WAS THEIR OWN EMAIL! So I tried another confirmation email with the same result. I tried to load the trip with the confirmation number. They can't find it to load. What a load of bull. App is absolutely useless, don't bother.

The new updated version is terrible. You can't do anything else beside adding the booking. The old version allowed you to add additional information you may need to put in each leg of the trip including hotel info, some notes, etc. This new one does nothing and useless most of the time. And the way in which the app is designed is not intuitive at all. Very difficult to add your trips and the assistant AI is not helpful. Please return to the old version!!

Easy to use app. Pretty cool that it finds my reservation. The only BIG problem is that the details of my flight time are incorrect,it's off by 2 hours and I know there hasn't been a change in the original booking. I've tried the automatic option (by reservation #) and forwarded by email. What's more the reservation number doesn't show. The only useful info that's shown is the departure city. This makes the app pretty useless which is a pity because the design and UX is nice.

Most recent update eliminates all the functions the app was good for. No ability to edit or merge trips, old trips appeared and recently added ones disappeared. Process of adding new trips is arduous and time consuming Update: in two months, despite universal awful experiences, they've somehow made this worse- latest update deleted all the trips I spent too much time adding. Bye Felicia.

Until recently my trips have posted quickly and correctly. However, I have forwarded an email with the correct booking information at least 5 times (August 15th) but it shows up in the app as in March 2020. This is very frustrating and I have been unable to find a way to contact them for a correction. I use this app for my boarding pass and won't be able to unless corrected

Downloaded this when I booked my trip, and it loaded great. It was really easy to check if anything had changed. Then the app updated, deleted my trip, and now refuses to allow me to add it back on. The app is unusable now, which is a shame. I was really looking forward to using it to keep track of my flights.
